SIGN UP
Join the Urban Jars Community by signing up and creating a members profile. You'll have access to online ordering and the booking process for our events. Everyone is welcome to our events. For our jar delivery, our team wants to make sure you are located in an area where delivery/pick is available. (St.Thomas, Port Stanley, Some areas of Elgin County).

VERIFY ACCOUNT
Upon Checkout for Urban Jars Delivery or when booking a service with us, each user must acknowledge the Waiver and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Your account will be verified via the email you signed up with, before you can use the platform, fulfill an order, or book a service. It’s important to thoroughly read the rules and regulations prior to using the platform. Note: Jar deposits are for new member only.

VIEW MENU
Choose your items from our seasonally based menu. All jars stay fresh for 7 days, while protein bites stay fresh for 3 weeks. Our jars are fully customizable. If you have a food sensitivity or special dietary restriction, or if you simply don’t love a certain ingredient, we will prepare it to your preference. Modifications can be stated when adding each product to the cart, during the ordering process.

PLACE AN ORDER
Visit the “Place an order” tab. Ensure you’re signed in! Select your jar, change any specifics, select your delivery preference, and enter any special requests or allergies.

DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to your home or work on Fridays between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Select your delivery preference upon checkout. As our service grows, there will be pick up areas offered to better serve your time sensitive needs.
Store your order in your fridge and enjoy throughout the week!

RECYCLE JARS
Remember this is an eco friendly business! It’s important to leave a cooler on your porch if you aren't going to be home at the time of delivery. Please leave the empty jars to be collected from the previous week. If you skip a week, please drop off your empties at Natalie’s house within two weeks from your last order.
